Odd environment. Right in the bookstore to the school it is easy and convenient. However, the customer clientele leaves one to avoid this place as they hang around and charge their phones and tend to be homeless. Although, there is nothing wrong with a community environment, if you aren’t a customer do not linger around the cafe. The restroom was clean and the customer service was wonderful.

I give the Starbucks located at 185 Asylum St #100, Hartford, CT 06103 FOUR STARS. This Starbucks location has a great interior and the staff is very welcoming. It would be better to refund and not charge for the correct drink when the wrong one was made. 😁 4️⃣ ⭐ no worries ill still return.

Staff is very friendly, especially for a busy, central location like this one. Gets busy but is usually staffed appropriately. Drinks are up to Starbucks standard or better.
